Dust and wipe all furniture, picture frames, décor, and knick-knacks
Dust and wipe all accessible cabinetry and shelving
Dust and wipe all accessible light fixtures
Dust and wipe all light switches and door handles
Dust and wipe all doors and door frames
Dust vents and blinds
Dust and wipe window sills
Dust ceiling fans
Cobweb removal

Clean the interior of cabinets (vacant homes only)
Clean interior windows upon request (additional fee applies)
Clean and polish mirrors and glass surfaces
Clean washer and dryer exteriors
Sweep utility closets
Vacuum and mop all floors

Clean faces of kitchen cabinets
Clean countertops and backsplash
Clean any food splatter from walls
Clean inside the microwave thoroughly
Clean the stovetop
Clean the exterior of oven
Clean the exterior of refrigerator
Clean the interior of oven & fridge (upon request unless vacant)
Scrub and disinfect sink area
Polish all stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, hood range, oven, fridge, microwave)

Wipe down walls in bathroom
